Obtaining RCSB certification indicates that technicians employed by the service bureau have learned the Ringtail load file and are proficient to troubleshoot data issues for users of the Ringtail CaseBook system. Bureaus must pass a rigorous certification process before qualifying for Ringtail Vendor Certification, and certification must be renewed every two years, or with each new release, whichever is sooner. Ringtail provides a list of Certified Vendors on its website for use by clients, and highly recommends that Ringtail clients use Ringtail Certified Service Providers.
